Monthly maintenance service charge Fee - $15.00

Minimum balance to avoid the service charge fee - A maintenance service charge fee of $15.00 will be imposed each statement period if the combined aggregate average collected balance in any Washington Trust business deposit account and/or outstanding principal balance of any Washington Trust business loans under the same tax identification number (TIN) on the last day of the statement period is less than $25,000. The Credit Reserve loan and CDARS/ICS products are not included in this aggregate average collected balance analysis. The average daily balance is calculated by adding the principal in the account for each day of the period and dividing that figure by the number of days in the period.

Other Fees:

An excess transaction fee of $.35 will be charged for each transaction in excess of 300 during a statement period. Transactions include checks presented, ACH debits/credits, ATM/Debit Card debits/credits, deposits, and deposited items.
